Robert Jones (b. 1945) lives in Monmouth, a small town on the border between England and Wales, and works as a composer, organist and examiner. The elegant, dignified style of his organ and choral works has met with an overwhelming echo in the German-speaking world since he began co-operating with Butz-Verlag: the Romantic English sound and ease of performance guarantee their lasting success.
To mark Robert Jones’s 70th birthday, "Classicophon" has issued a CD with 24 new organ works,
all published by Butz.
